Shipping, pickup, and preorder info

How do preorders work?

Preorder items will only be sent once the stock has physically arrived at our warehouse. If you place an order that includes both preorder and in-stock items, you agree for your order to be fulfilled and sent only once all items are in stock.

If you wish to have your in-stock items sent straight away while you wait for your preorder items, please make separate transactions for the in-stock items and preorder items.

Shipping/postage

Orders are packed and sent within 1-2 working days (Mon - Fri). We understand that artists and small business owners often work on deadlines and need supplies to prepare for events, so we will do our best to be quick!

Our shipping options

Auspost Standard: The "regular" option as delivered by Auspost. Takes 2-8 business days in most cases.
Auspost Express: Your package will be delivered the next business day from when the package is dropped off at the post office (note that your location must be within Auspost's Express Post Network).
Sendle Standard: The most affordable shipping option, but they may not be as reliable as Auspost. We like to have Sendle as an option because many customers enjoy their low cost and have never encountered a problem with the couriers they work with (which, in our area, is Couriers Please). However, because Couriers Please does have a reputation of being unreliable depending on the area, customers who dislike Couriers Please may prefer to opt for Auspost.

Pickup

You may also choose to pick your order up from the parcel pick up/drop off point at Kennard's in Auburn, 2144. Pickup is available all 7 days of the week during office hours, which you can check here. Once your order is ready, please pick it up as soon as possible. If you have a preference for which day you want your order to be left at the parcel pick up/drop off point, feel free to leave a message at checkout.
